These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we run our store and what you agree to when you shop with us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

Love Life Journey is powered by Shopify, which provides the secure platform behind our store. When you buy from us, you’re purchasing directly from Love Life Journey, not Shopify.

2. Shopping With Us

  • To place an order, you must be of legal age in your region (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
  • You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, payment info) so we can process your order smoothly.
  • Please keep your account information safe if you create one — you’re responsible for activity under it.

3. Our Products

  • Every item is made to order and we do our best to represent colors and details accurately online. However, screens can vary, so final colors may look a little different in person.
  • We may update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm once payment is received.
  • Sometimes we may need to decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock is unavailable). If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you.
  • The currency applicable to your purchase is displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders to mainland USA, with no minimum purchase required. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production: please allow 3–7 business days before your order ships. During busy periods, production may take longer.
  • Shipping: estimated delivery to mainland USA is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Production time is additional to shipping time.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including size, color, or spelling errors provided by the customer).
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Please email support@lovelifejourney.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Lost parcels will be replaced at no cost, unless an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, designs, and text on our website are the property of Love Life Journey. You cannot copy, reuse, or resell them without permission.

If you upload custom images or text for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use them.

8. Reviews & Feedback

If you leave reviews, feedback, or share ideas with us, you agree we can use them to help improve our store and services.

9. What You Can’t Do

You agree not to use our site or products for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful. This includes trying to copy, spam, or interfere with the running of our site.

10. Warranties & Liability

We provide our Services “as is” and “as available.” We can’t promise that the website will always be error-free, but we do our best to keep things running smoothly.

Love Life Journey is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or data). Our liability is limited to the cost of the product you purchased.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know. Continued use of our Services means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of international trading.
