  • Sometimes we may need to decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock is unavailable). If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it or refund you. Please contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • Lost parcels will be replaced at no cost, unless an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
