Refund policy
💙 Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color, or spelling/personalization errors provided by the customer. Please double-check your design, spelling, and order details before confirming.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Please email support@lovelifejourney.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can put it right.
Lost deliveries
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we can’t refund.
Exchanges
Since items are printed on demand, we’re unable to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you’d like another variation, please place a new order.
Refund timing
Once a claim is approved, replacements or refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the credit.
When we may request a return
In rare cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection. If so, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns won’t be accepted.
