Thank you for shopping with Love Life Journey 💙 Every order is made just for you and shipped directly from our trusted production partners to your door.

1. Production & Processing Times

  • All items are print-on-demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • During busy periods (holidays, seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

  • USA & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type. Free US Shipping on Orders Over $50 is available for qualifying orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs or import duties which we endeavor to prepay, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control sudden changes to these charges.

6. Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

  • If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we can’t refund.

7. Split Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may ship separately (depending on which fulfillment partner produces them). Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking details for each package.
