Thank you for shopping with Love Life Journey 💙 Every order is made just for you and shipped directly from our trusted production partners to your door.

1. Production & Processing Times

All items are print-on-demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
During busy periods (holidays, seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship to mainland USA only.
Estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is additional to the 3–7 business days required for production.

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing where applicable, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to mainland USA, with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout as a shipping discount—no discount code is needed.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Internationally shipped orders may be subject to customs or import duties which we endeavor to prepay, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control sudden changes to these charges.

6. Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we can’t refund.

7. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on which fulfillment partner produces them. Don’t worry—you’ll get tracking details for each package.
